The Practice Manager, Mrs Gill Costello is responsible for the organisation and general administration of the practice including the conduct of all staff. If you have any questions regarding the non-medical aspects of your treatment, or suggestions about any of the services we offer, please contact reception to make an appointment for Gill to see you, and she will be pleased to assist you. Alternatively, if you have a formal complaint please write to her at the Surgery address. You will normally be notified in writing of the receipt of your complaint within two working days and we will endeavour to reply to your concerns within ten days.
