What is the Peace Hospice Care Bereavement Service?

This is a free service available to anyone who feels they need someone to listen to them in their time of loss. He have two 1:1 counselling services available at Peace Hospice Care – the first is a bereavement service which is run by volunteer & student counsellors. Bereaved people (aged 17+) can self refer to us by calling 01923 229595 and we will provide you with a self-referral form.

It is a non-sectarian, non-denominational and non-political service, which has been actively supporting people in Potters Bar for over 12 years.

Who is the service for?

The service is available to anyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one; a brother or sister, parents or child, husband, wife or partner, a work colleague, friend or pet.  You may have experienced that loss recently, or maybe some event has sparked off feelings from years ago that were never able to come to the surface before.
