|7 days – 28 weeks||Fitness to work certificate certifying inability to work signed by a doctor; no fee.|
|28 weeks or more||as above|
If an individual is sick after the 10th December 2021, they only need to give their employer proof if they are ill for more than 28 days in a row including non working days. They can self- certify for up to 28 days including weekends & Bank Holidays.
If someone requires a sick note prior to 28 days, please be aware that a fee of £22 will be required as its outside our remit of what we need to provide.
