From the 4th of September, the way your GP surgery sends out messages will change and the NHS app will be the preferred messaging pathway.
Download the NHS App and turn on notifications to see messages: https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-app/msg-service
Should you not have the NHS app or not have your notifications switched on, you will continue to receive messages via SMS.
