The Wellbeing Service offers free and confidential talking therapy and practical support for Hertfordshire residents experiencing a wide range of mental health problems such as: worry, low mood, insomnia and stress. You must be 16 years and over and registered with a GP in Hertfordshire to use this service.

Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) Services

The online portal for mental health services in Hertfordshire and Mid Essex. Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) provides access to primary care psychological therapy services in Hertfordshire and Mid Essex through a wide range of confidential talking therapy treatments and practical support for adults with common mental health problems. The services are part of the national initiative Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT).
