The aim of the practice team is to provide expert and friendly healthcare for your family. We welcome your constructive comments about our service. We are always happy to look at suggestions for improvements. The practice manager or any receptionist will be able to give you further information.

If for any reason you have a reason to complain about the treatment you receive from the practice, please ask reception for a copy of our complaints procedure or write to the practice manager, giving full details of the problem.

From time to time we will be carrying out a series of patient surveys. This information is completely confidential and is designed to improve the service we offer to you.
