Our on-line prescription request service is currently unavailable, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

You can still e-mail your requests to prescriptions@gp-e82078.nhs.uk

Repeat Prescriptions can be requested in the following ways:

• using the counterfoil provided;
• or on line at our online services
  Patients wishing to use this service must request a username and password from the surgery. Please note that your previous log on details will not work with the new system.
  

Prescriptions take 48 hours (two working days) to process. 

Please note that we do not take requests from chemists directly or  from patients over the phone.

Please reorder only those items which you need and inform us of any medication that you no longer require on your repeat list.

You can request that a nominated pharmacy collects your prescription on your behalf. If you choose to do so please let the pharmacy know that you have requested a repeat prescription and when you expect it to be ready to collect.
